    Game Info :
Valkyria Chronicles II is a tactical role-playing game developed and published by Sega only for PlayStation Portable. Perhaps there are still a lot of gamers who have never even touched the game Valkyria Chronicles. At first glance, this is not surprising, considering the game itself comes without too much hype can make a direct gamers waiting for his presence. Maybe for this one case, would be more appropriate if called with the phrase, "giving proof, not promises." The sentence was not excessive when used to refer to the game was first released in 2008 and developed exclusively for PS3 this.

With the genre of strategy role-playing game, coupled with a cut scene is loaded with animation that is so thick and strategy game that can not be underestimated, Valkyria Chronicles became one of the most successful games ever worked on so far.

Now, the sequel to the title Valkyria Chronicles II has been released exclusively for the PSP. Although the contents are not as heavy and complicated as its predecessor on the PS3, but this game still presents a play that really good quality and weighty. If you claim to love the game first, then once again we suggest, play it on this one game. Guaranteed you will not be able to let go and forget one of the most solid game ever developed it.

Valkyria Chronicles II using the setting two years after the story of its first game. The nobility of Gaul was in fact a Darcsen, a dark-haired race, where race this one not so regarded in the world and it has caused their country divided. There are still defending the nobility and there is also a direct split and joined with a group of defectors who always led to civil war. With Gallian forces which already ragged, finally the cadet at the Military Academy Lanseal who should run the task of these troops on the sidelines of the class and also their training.

This is where you will begin to play this game as a Avan Hardins, a 17-year-old slacker. During his life, Avan had never shown any interest in the military, but when his brother reportedly has been killed in a highly secret operation Lanseal, Avan was immediately decided to join the military. Well, if the first Valkyria Chronicles, the game always give a very serious atmosphere, then in sekualnya this time will feel lighter than and not as heavy as the first. Even so, indeed there were times where the situation becomes very serious. When Avan first joined, he was immediately put into the class G (Class G), a class that contains those that are not needed. No one believed in them and the class is really messed up.

PlayStation Portable : The 3rd Birthday

    • Developer : Square Enix
    • Publisher : Square Enix
    • Series : Parasite Eve
    • Version : -
    • Release date : December 22, 2010
    • Genre : Tactical TPS
    • Mode : -
    • Media/distribution : UMD, Digital download

      Game Info :
The 3rd Birthday is a third-person tactical shooter and tactical-action RPG developed by Square Enix on late 2010. This game is the third entry of the Parasite Eve series, which the entry is present for more than a decade after the previous entry: Parasite Eve II is present in the Playstation in 1999.

At Christmas Eve 2010. New York City get ready for Christmas with peace when suddenly bermunculanlah various mysterious monsters called Twisted. Not till a few years’ world army is in urgency to face these monsters until they are nearly extinct. Man's last hope lies in an organization called the Counter Twisted Investigations; abbreviation of CTI and one member: Aya Brea. Aya has a capability called Overdive, an ability to return to the past and taken possession of a person. With the support of CTI, Aya back to the past to end the threat as well as finding out memory Twisted missing since the early occurrence of Twisted.

The biggest weakness in The 3rd Birthday is located on the plot that made no sense at all. You guys that played the first two games going Parasite Eve Aya Brea frustrating to see that tough here turned into a weak girl. There are explanations at the end of the game but it all came too late and frankly his twist feels forced.

The 3rd Birthday was more shooter than RPG genre. When I play it feels like to play Mass Effect 2. But is this way successfully implemented by a PSP game that has limited control?

Screen Shot (Click on any picture to view full size)

The answer to that is Auto-targeting of weapons. Aya can use up to four weapons and most of the weapons that she used could be automatically target the nearest enemy. Aya could change the direction of his aim with the right - left D-Pad PSP. The majority of time the system still works although sometimes when there are many enemies on-screen controls of this kind can be rather inconvenient. Just so you know this game can sometimes throw five six enemies at once to your face.

The element of gameplay that's most heralded by The 3rd Birthday is Overdive system. With this system you can get taken possession of the soldiers who fight with you against the Twisted. Overdive makes the battle more dynamic but also makes this game seem less challenging. Often times you will attack blindly facing an enemy and when you almost killed you live and move to the new body will return your HP is full. Yet in most cases the army could supply almost limitless. If so many are dead you are just waiting until there is another respawn soldier appear again.

Fortunately this game is just so not too easy to Square Enix has created many types of Twisted need you are facing. Each Twisted has different abilities and needs to be faced with different strategies, too. There was an attack Twisted melee and there are attacked by projectile attacks and some are not be harmed, so you have to run helter-skelter of attacks!

          Game Info :
Ridge Racer for the PSP is an arcade racing video game developed by Namco. It is named after the eponymous Ridge Racer video game series to which it belongs.

It seems every time a new Sony videogame system is released, Namco decides to release another Ridge Racer game. I remember playing the Ridge Racer for the first PlayStation for hours when the system was released. Well, now with the introduction of the PSP, Namco has treated us with another Ridge Racer game. But just as the first Ridge Racer for the PSOne was so revolutionary, Ridge Racer for the PSP raises the bar for portable racing games.

This version of Ridge Racer can almost be considered a greatest hit version of the previous Ridge Racer games. Tracks from the earlier games are included along with some new tracks. A total of 54 cars are available but most of them must be unlocked in order to be played. The modes of gameplay included range from the Single Race mode, Time Attack mode, Wireless Battle mode and the World Tour mode. The World Tour mode is where the meat and potatoes of the game rest.

The modes of gameplay included range from the Single Race mode, Time Attack mode, Wireless Battle mode and the World Tour mode. The World Tour mode is where the meat and potatoes of the game rest.

The World Tour mode offers a ton of different races that must be finished in order to unlock the other tracks and cars in the game. The World Tour mode starts off on the Basic Tour setting, which is composed of nine different challenges that must be completed in order to advance to the next setting of the World Tour mode. Each challenge is composed of a different number of races. For example the first part of the Basic Tour has three races, while the second part only has two races. In order to advance in the Tour mode you will need to finish at a certain ranking. As you finish the Basic Tour setting you will advance to the higher levels, with each level having another set of races that must be completed. A Dual challenge race is included where you compete against one car to determine who’s the best. Fortunately the game doesn’t lock you into one race forever. So if you get stuck on one race you can still race another track and then come back later to try and finish the other race.

Now for the Gran Turismo racing fans out there you might be wondering if the game includes a simulation mode. Well, I’m happy to report that it doesn’t. But wait a second, why should I say I’m happy to report it doesn’t have a simulation mode? Because the Ridge Racer series has been all about having fun with a racing game. Ridge Racer for the PSP is just a fun game to play. It doesn’t have a ton of different tuning options for each car, or a license test to complete in order to race a certain track. This game is all about picking up the PSP and having a fun, enjoyable time PLAYING the game. This is an arcade-style racing game that spends its time letting you race your car.
