One of Square Enix's RPG game for the iPhone is the Chaos Rings, developed by Media Vision, developer of the series Wild Arms. Game was released in 2010 and then was getting a pretty good response, as evidenced by the game's become the number one game in the app store in 15 countries around the world.

According to Famitsu magazine, Square Enix is currently preparing two new gaming-related game Chaos Rings. The first game was the Chaos Rings Omega. This game was originally called a sequel of the first game Chaos Rings, but according to information from Famitsu, this game is a prequel of the previous game. Setting the Chaos Rings Omega occurred 10,000 years before the story in the first game Chaos Rings occur.

As in the first game, the Chaos Rings story centered on the Ark Arena Omega, which is a dungeon that contains the fighters who compete with each other to survive and get a chance for eternal life. Characters from the first game of Olgar and Vahti will be present in the Chaos Rings Omega. Gameplay used is turn based, and this game will emphasize on exploring dungeons and fighting against monsters. The game is planned to be released in the app store next month.

Besides Omega, Square Enix is also working on the Chaos Rings II is the sequel to his first game. Unlike Omega released for iPhone, Chaos Rings II is a universal app, in other words, these games can be played on iPhone, iPod touch and IPAD.
