You will play Shanoa who are members of the association who will eradicate Dracula. You will wear the symbol that is absorbed into the body Shanoa to attack, survive, changing form, and others. Castleroid: Castlevania mixed with Metroid. That's typical (as well as the fans) for most 2D Castlevania game that comes after the era of the Symphony of the Night (SoTN). Besides the difference of exploration systems Shanoa, OoE also introduced Glyph system. Glyph system is similar but not identical with the system in Aria of Sorrow Soul.
